Charles is a former C-level Executive with extensive experience in Global Operations, Supply Chain, Product Design & Development, who founded TriPath over 5 years ago. Charles holds a M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, a B.A.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering (with Honors) from the University of Toronto, and is also a certified Six-Sigma black belt and Lean Manufacturing expert. Charles brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in design, manufacturing and supply chain across multiple industries, amongst them automotive, IoT, consumer products, and enterprise systems.
Aaron possesses extensive experience in numerous platforms, systems & languages, across both mobile and embedded system development. His expertise ranges from low-level embedded firmware, right up to mobile apps, websites, interfaces, etc., providing complete solutions to meet a range of customer/industry requirements.

Ken is based out of China and Hong Kong and brings over 20 years of experience in various Business Development, International Marketing and Senior Management roles, covering Manufacturing, Trading, Start-up and Multinational companies. He is an expatriate Canadian, with a Business degree from York University, who relocated to China over 10 years ago to start his own manufacturing and trading company, after a successful career helping Canadian companies find partners in Asia, while working at the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC). Ken joined TriPath when it was first founded, and has been instrumental to the growth and success of the company.
Lydia is based in Shenzhen and brings over 10 years of finance, legal and logistics experience from a multitude of industries. She holds a degree in Finance and Economics, and held several positions with increasing responsibilities in her recent 8-year tenure at McDonald’s China, with focus on Finance, Legal, HR and Administration.
